And some other customers bought goods were used very well at the beginning, but they did not turn yellow after a long time with a short life span.
According to what she said, I thought about it, in fact, the most important thing is that many customers don't know how to identify the quality of the products.
1. We must first know about the raw materials of the pc hollow sheet.
At present, the commonly used hollow sheet in China are polycarbonate hollow sheet, also known as PC hollow sheet. The raw materials of hollow sheet should be new materials, but now some domestic manufacturers add part of the old materials to the new materials in order to save production cost, and some companies even use old materials completely.
Due to the high content of impurities and dust in the old materials and low transparency, the hollow sheets doped with the old materials are much worse than the completely used mew materials in terms of transparency and durability.
2. How to identify whether the PC hollow sheet is mixed with old materials?
It mainly depends on whether there are impurities in the #sun sheet. For example, black spots and crystal spots in the sun sheet means that it contains impurities. The more impurity content, the more old materials content. A good sun sheet must be clean and bright.
The quality of the materials can also be identified by examining the fluidity of the molten liquid of the sun sheet.
Because the molecular chain of carbonate resin is long, the molecular structure will be destroyed when repeated high temperature melting, and the macromolecule will be degraded into small molecules. After the old material is melted at a high temperature again, its molecular chain will be broken, thereby increasing the fluidity.
Therefore, in theory, the better the fluidity in the molten state, the worse quality. Although this method is easy to understand in theory, it is still difficult to operate. Users who do not have the testing conditions can send the hollow sheet materials to professional institutions for inspection.
In addition, the stud of the hollow sheet can be observed. It's good quality when the stud is thick and straight. If the sheet are bent when pressed with thin stud, it means the sheet is of poor quality.
3. How to identify the UV layer and anti-fog drop layer
Ultraviolet rays are a key factor leading to the aging of the sheet, so now more and more manufacturers choose to co-extrude the ultraviolet protection layer (UV layer) sun sheet.
Many manufacturers now advertise that their products are co-extruded with UV layers, but consumers can't really text whether the UV layer can really work. Good UV layers for hollow sheet cannot only be measured by thickness, but also depend on the uniformity of their co-extrusion degree, you need to choose a #hollow sheet with a thick UV layer and good uniformity.
In the view of the phenomenon that some UV materials are not added to the market, they are posing as co-extruded UV-layer sun sheet. There is a little trick to distinguish: take a small piece of sun sheet, lay it horizontally, and observe from cross section to see if one of the faces appears blue.
If there is, it indicates that it has a UV layer co-extruded. If there is no blue layer(or any other), it means that the sheet may not have co-extruded UV layer(This is judged based on the background color of the UV material)
With the increasing development of the sun sheet technology, anti-fog hollow sheets have appeared in recent years. The method of identifying the quality of the sun sheet is very simple. Just take a cup of hot water under the sheet, if the condensate water under the sheet forming fog droplets or water droplets indicates that its anti-fog effect is not good.
4. We must be careful not to be deceived by the false impression of warranty.
With the increasingly fierce market competition in the sun sheet industry, many manufacturers have shown the sign of "warranty", and many buyers relax their alert to purchase products when they see the "warranty". This is also a misunderstanding of buyers about the sun sheet.
On the one hand, the identification of the sheet depends on the appearance and the strength of the sheet, and you also need to have a price standard. What is the market price? If the price of the product you buy is too low, it can only show that there is a hidden danger in quality.
As the saying goes, you get what you pay for, buyer shouldn't blindly lower the price of supplier, otherwise it will prompt manufacturers to steal raw materials to maintain the profits without principle, and at the same time damage the interests of the buyers.
5. We must not be negligent in the installation and construction.
Choosing good quality sun sheet is only a critical first step, and the installation and construction of the hollow sheet is also very important. Even if you have high-quality product, if the installation method is not correct, it will only get twice the result with half the effort. First of all , we must do a good job of edge banding, if we cannot make it well, it will not only cause dust, moisture and long moss to enter the pores of the sun sheet, thereby reducing its light transmittance, but also easy to increase the mobility of the air and affect the greenhouse's insulation effect. When punching the sun sheet, pay attention to the punching strength and verticality. If the force too hard or the nail is too crooked, the water is easy to enter the gap between the sun sheets.
Finally, the rubber pad also plays a huge role in the installation. It is recommended to use EPDM rubber pads, which have the characteristics of aging resistance and corrosion resistance. The rubber pads with poor material will corrode the hollow sheet, make it yellow, crack so that affect the use effect.
