Graphite Electrodes

Graphite electrodes is a kind of conductor, it is essential component for melting scrap of electric arc furnace and ladle furnace. We supply RP,HP,UHP grade graphite electrodes from dia250mm to dia700mm for both arc furnace and ladel furance. HKT graphite electrodes and nipples have good quality base on below properties:

For more graphite electrodes for saleinformation, please contact us. We will provide professional answers.

Operation Guidelines for the Graphite Electrodes

Note 13: Electrode Clamp Position

Clamp holder should be placed out of the alarm line. (Note: clamp holder should not clamp at alarm line zone, or the middle of the electrode, as it is easy to cause the rupture of the electrode) Clamp holder and interfaces of the electrode must be cleaned regularly to keep good touch with electrode. Cooling water jacket of the clamp holder should be tight to prevent water leakage.
