1. Is Your products the lowest price?

Answer

- We take the quality into consideration prior. The price is based on the quality level and the order quantity. We have different quality level products for buyers option and discount is available from us when the order is big.

2. Can we mix different models and accessories together?

Answer

- ou may mix different products or models in a single container but we would need to advise you on optimum loading and final capacity of your shipment.

3. Can I put my brand name on your generator instead of your brand name?

Answer

- Yes. Many dealers sell our generators with their own brand name. Some have design modifications to meet their unique needs. We welcome OEM orders. We can put the label of your logo on the products or make the silk print of your logo on the products. It is free.

4. I want the front two tyres are bias tyre and the rear 9 tyres are radial tyres, is it ok?

- We can make the tyres as your requirement to suit your country's need.

5. Why Don't You Show Prices?

Answer

- The simple reason that we don't provide prices is due to the fact that:
a) Our stock changes so frequently it is impossible to list current prices
b) Customers often purchase several items which allow for some negotiated discount
c) Customers orders often include modification to suit their own specification

If you would like to get an offer or place an order, Contact us with the products name, model, quantity desired or a description if not listed in our website.

All of our prices are for dealership based on wholesale purchase. If you are enduser and there is no dealership in your country, you can order from us directly.

We offer various payment options to meet your needs. It can be Wire Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit at sight, Paypal, Westunion etc. Currently we can not accept payment by Credit Card.

7. Can I get an exclusive right for your tractor in some territories?

Answer

- It depends on which country you are in. We have only 3 countries that have exclusive agents at this time. Most countries you can sell freely.

8. Can you arrange inspections of equipment?

Answer

-Yes - We can arrange for an independent inspection to be carried out on equipment to be purchased both before and after preparation

9. Do I need to Pay VAT

Answer

1. If you are a CHINA customer
Yes you need to pay VAT at the current rate on all purchases.
If you are VAT registered you can claim this amount back
2. If you are a Non CHINA Customer and we arrange the shipping
You will not be charged VAT


10. Shipping Incoterms

Answer

- Our standard terms for orders is EXW (Inco definition = Ex. Works)
30% deposit with order (unless agreed in advance) Balance prior to shipping or collection from premises

INCO Definitions EXW (Ex Works)
Ex means from. Works means factory, mill or warehouse, which is the seller's premises. EXW applies to goods available only at the seller's premises. Buyer is responsible for loading the goods on truck or container at the seller's premises, and for the subsequent costs and risks.
In practice, it is not uncommon that the seller loads the goods on truck or container at the seller's premises without charging loading fee.
In the quotation, indicate the named place (seller's premises) after the acronym EXW, for example EXW Kobe and EXW San Antonio.
The term EXW is commonly used between the manufacturer (seller) and export-trader (buyer), and the export-trader resells on other trade terms to the foreign buyers. Some manufacturers may use the term Ex Factory, which means the same as Ex Works.

CRF (Cost & Freight - Formerly C&F)
The delivery of goods to the named port of destination (discharge) at the seller's expense.
Buyer is responsible for the cargo insurance and other costs and risks. The term CFR was formerly written as C&F. Many importers and exporters worldwide still use the term C&F.
In the export quotation, indicate the port of destination (discharge) after the acronym CFR, for example CFR Karachi and CFR Alexandria.
Under the rules of the INCOTERMS 1990, the term Cost and Freight is used for ocean freight only.
However, in practice, the term Cost and Freight (C&F) is still commonly used in the air freight.

CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight)
The cargo insurance and delivery of goods to the named port of destination (discharge) at the seller's expense.
Buyer is responsible for the import customs clearance and other costs and risks. In the export quotation, indicate the port of destination (discharge) after the acronym CIF, for example CIF Pusan and CIF Singapore.
Under the rules of the INCOTERMS 1990, the term CIF is used for ocean freight only. However, in practice, many importers and exporters still use the term CIF in the air freight.

11. Do you accept Letters of Credit

- Yes we can accept letters of credit for balance payment, all initial deposits are preferred to be made by bank transfer unless the buyer is very well known and trusted

Irrevocable
Payable at sight (of shipping documents)
At the counters of a Major China Bank
Allow for partial shipments


12. Do you provide Warranty?

Answer

- 1. Guarantee period
1.1 Date of start:
Sea shipping, starting from the very date of the B/L 2 months later?
Land transportation?starting from the very date of customs declaration.



Road truck:


Within 12 months or terminates 60,000 kms, whichever is reached first;



Off road truck & engineering truck:


Within 6 months or terminates 30,000 kms, whichever is reached first;

1.2. Scope of Guarantee:
within the period of Guarantee, CNHTC will guarantee to repair vehicle products manufactured and used by CNHTC and vehicle products for which CNHTC trademarks are

2. permitted to use by CNHTC free of charge, or replace any other parts or repair any other faults that not specifically indicated in Non-Guarantee Terms provided that said parts and faults are damage or occurred due to material defects or defective workmanship.

Compulsory service
Vehicles manufactured and used by CNHTC and vehicles for which CNHTC trademarks are permitted to use by CNHTC running for 2000~4000km and within six months will enjoy one compulsory service.
NOTE: Normal wear and tear and maintenance are not covered by Guarantee

EXPENDABLE ITEMS
Wear and usage takes place over variable time periods, depending on mileage covered, geographical and driving conditions driving behavior etc. These conditions influence to a very great degree the service life of the item in question.

Examples of expendable items:
Oil filters, Bulbs, Brake linings, Fuel filters, Wiper blades, Coolants, Air filters, Clutch plates, Oils, Drive belts for fan, Fuses, Coolant filters, Exhaust systems (Sistema de escape), Alternator etc.
NOTE: Expendable items are not covered by guarantee.



Annex 1


Scope of the non-guarantee terms
1 No guarantee will be provided to vehicles modified, reworked or changed without permission from CNHTC.
1.1 No guarantee will be provided to vehicles ? if it was not made the compulsory service within the vehicles running for 2000~4000kms.
2 No guaranteed service will be provided to faults or damages as a result of the following reasons:
2.1 Customers did not use or upkeep the vehicles as per requirements specified in User's Manual and other documents provided by SINOTRUK.

2.2 Improper use or overload of vehicles. 2.3 Appropriate measures had not been taken when the vehicle had failed, failure was impending, or alarm system of the vehicle had issued failure warning, and faults had been aggravated as the result;
2.4 Lead seals had been broken.
2.5 Use of parts or assemblies unauthorized by SINOTRUK.
2.6 Use of lubricating oil, grease or coolant unspecified by SINOTRUK.
2.7 Vehicles were serviced by units unauthorized by SINOTRUK.
3 The following services or adjustments required by normal wear (consumption) and normal maintenance are not within the scope of guarantee:
3.1 The normal wear (consumption) and normal maintenance are the kinds of wear, damage and maintenance that might occur at any time and influenced by driving mileage, weather, environment, condition of use and driving operation.
3.2 Parts subject to normal wear (consumption) include: oil filter, fuel filter element, air filter element, friction disk of brake shoe, clutch driven disk, fan belt, windscreen wiper, bulb, fuse, lubricating oil, grease, coolant, battery electrolyte, fuel, tire, etc.
3.3 Normal maintenance includes: adjustment and repair of various types of valves, fuel injectors, hydraulic pumps, coolant pipes, fuel pipes, oil pipes and air pipes, and adjustment of power steering and clutch control systems.
For services within the scope of guarantee, SINOTRUK only bears the guarantee parts but not any other losses and any other chargers which the government stipulated.

13. Can I import vehicles into the USA or Canada?

Answer

- The rule for the importation of vehicles into either the USA or Canada is that the vehicles and in particular the chassis must be at least:

With the exception of vehicles manufactured for sale in the United States, Transport Canada prohibit the importation of all foreign vehicles that are less than 15 years old

The following circumstances allow people to import a vehicle from a country other than the United States and Mexico:
1. The vehicle is 15 years old or older, based on the month and year of its manufacture, belongs to a regulated class of vehicle under the Motor Vehicle Safety Act (the Act) and is not a bus.
2. The vehicle is a bus manufactured before January 1, 1971.

14. How do I visit you and the factory?

Answer

- You are welcomed to visit us and our factory at your convenience. We can pick you up at airport and bring you to our factory . Let us know your schedule in details so we can arrange everything for you. Normally you need 3 days for an adequate visit to our factory.

. Goods generally go RORO (Roll On Roll Off) or by container depending on the size of the shipment. RORO is generally the cheaper option.
We can also arrange for insurance if the customer requires it.

16. How to solve the quality problems after sales?

Answer

- (1) Take photos of the problems and send to us.
(2) Take videos of the problems and send to us.
(3) Send back the defective products to us if neccessory.
After we comfirm the problems, will give you the answer within 7 days.

17. Do you stock parts for ex-military planes?

Answer

- Unfortunately we do not stock aviation components

18. Do you have hydrostatic transmission tractor?

Answer

- We are currently in development on a hydrostatic transmission and will make it available soon.

19. How are the spare parts supplied?

Answer

- Each tractor comes with some free spare parts. Other spare parts out of the parts book provided with each tractor.

20. How do I mount the front loader? How do I install all wiring and controls?

21. Can I register multiple accounts here?

Answer

You may open only one account unless we confirm in writing otherwise.
If we detect duplicate accounts, we may in our sole and absolute discretion suspend provision of our services, merge or close duplicate accounts or terminate this agreement.


22. Can I authorise other persons to use my members area?

Answer

- You can authorise other persons to use our services on your behalf and access any information we have that is related to you or your account.
You are responsible for the authorised person(s) performance of this agreement.

23. I haven't used my account in over a year and I can't log in. Why it happened?

Answer

- To keep you safe, we regularly review accounts. If you do not use your account for over a year, we may close or freeze it with or without notice.
This means that you will no longer be able to use members area.

24. Can I save photos and use materials from your site for myself
