Mobile Prefab House is not wired. Please hire an electrician for American standard wiring. Stay safe! We recommend you connect toilets to the sanitary sewer system and connect water to the pipe system. If not, you may need tanks outside the structure for waste.
Can I hang something on the wall? - The wall panels are compounded with foam in the middle, so it is not recommended to screw into the wall to hang heavy objects. You need to use self-adhesive hooks for hanging, the load capacity depends on the hook.

The standard ceiling height needs to be a minimum of 2.4m and our units are 2.25m in ceiling height.
Alternatively we can put our unit on a trailer, and then it would be regarded as an expandable caravan or tiny house. And it wouldn&#;t then need a building permit,
