1. What should I do if the gun jumps during charging?

The vehicle's slow charging port is usually set with over-temperature protection. When the temperature reaches a specific limit, the vehicle will automatically stop charging

 

Tip1: Try to avoid charging outdoors in the sun at noon and in the afternoon. You can choose to charge in the shade or in the early morning and evening

2. What should I do if the circuit breaker trips during charging?

The power supply of the home charging pile is mostly connected from the air switch under the user's meter to the leakage protector next to the home charging pile, and then connected to the home charging pile. The reason for tripping during high temperatures in summer is that the internal metal sheet will deform due to the influence of ambient temperature, thus affecting the capacity of the switch and leakage protection

It is recommended that car owners open the switch and leakage protection box cover when charging in hot weather to dissipate heat appropriately. Remember to close it in time after charging, and do not open it when it rains

 

3. What should I do if the temperature inside the charging pile is abnormal during charging?

The charging pile shell can withstand the wide temperature range of -20℃~80℃ (-4℉~176℉) and will not deform or crack

There is a temperature protection mechanism in the pile. When the temperature inside the pile is detected to be abnormal, the charging current will be actively reduced. If the temperature continues to rise, the charging pile will interrupt charging and the red light alarm will be turned on. You can wait for the temperature to drop and the alarm light to go out before continuing to use it.
