358 high security fence, also known as anti-climb fence, is a high tensile and high security welded wire panels fence in an Anti-climb, Anti-cut and See Through rectangular mesh. This fencing system are specifically designed for the protection of sensitive areas (power plants, prisons, research institutions, military bases, borders, oil and gas facilities and embassies&#;). And depending on the client&#;s project, the posts (pickets) are designed with L- or Y-shaped arms to integrate conventional barbed wire or razor wire. It can resist intruders effectively.

Anti-climb Mesh Panel Structure

• Panels are made of a heavy, high-security welded mesh. Several panels can be installed one above the other. Panels in one piece up to 6 m high are also available.

• For maximum security, the mesh is 12.7 x 76.2 mm (H x W), with a 4 mm wire diameter.

• Featuring a toe and finger proof mesh aperture, this system combines an anti-climb and anti-cut fence with excellent resistance to vandalism and visibility for use with CCTV.

• Extra length panels or underdigs can be supplied (+300 mm) for installation below ground to prevent burrowing

Coating Technique and Colors

• Option A: Panels are fabricated from Hot Dipped Galvanised Steel wire for ultimate corrosion protection.
• Option B: Galfan (95% zinc 5% aluminum) wire is tested to withstand harsh environments up to 2 times greater than hot dipped galvanizing.
• Option C: Fence panels are also available in premium polyester powder coated colours to suit your environmental & architectural requirements. Standard RAL Collection are available on request.

Package & Delivery

In general, we package the 358 mesh panels with steel pallets. It can be unloaded easily with forklift and save unloading cost and time.

If both the height and width of the fence panels are bigger than 2.30m, we load them in bulk or package with vertical pallets. If load in bulk, a full container can load more mesh panels; if load with verticel pallets, a full cotainer can load less than in bulk.

358 Anti-climb Mesh Fencing

358 extra high security mesh fence made from a type of strong welded mesh panel with small mesh opening. It is extremely difficult to penetrate and difficult to attack using conventional hand tools. Has the features of anti-climbing and anti-cutting. The fence name 358 comes from its panel mesh opening 3" × 0.5" × 8 gauge - approximate to 76.2 mm × 12.7 mm × 4 mm mesh opening.

• Anti-cut: robust wire and welded joints make cutting very difficult by bolt cutters and wire cutters.
• High strength welded at each intersection.
• Durable: covering Galfan and polymer powder coating ensure a long service life.
• Mesh fencing specially configured to provide maximum visibility, especially used for emergency and electronic detection systems.

The panels are made of heavy mesh with a high level of security in width mm and a height of mm to mm. Several panels can be installed on top of each other. Thus may be achieved a total height of mm.

• Mesh pattern: 76.2 mm (3") × 12.7 mm (0.5") resistance welded well at each intersection.
• Wire diameter: 4 mm horizontal wire and vertical Wire.
• Weld strength: range 540&#;690 N/m2.
• Surface treatment: 358 mesh fence panels made from galfan wire, then PVC powder coating (Min. 100 micron), or PVC powder painting. It provides additional protection and increases the potential life span.
• Colors: Green RAL , or Black RAL .
• Installation: Overlapped 75 mm minimum at each post (See pictures 358M-05 and 358M-06) for securing with slotted clamp bars and M8 diameter bolts.

Fence posts

• Material: high grade steel for maximum strength and rigidity.
• Post section: 60 × 60 mm, 80 × 80 mm, 100 × 100 mm or 120 × 120 mm.
• Post Plate thickness: 2.5/3.0/4.0/5.0 mm.
• Finish: inside and outside galvanized (Min. 275 g/m2), subsequently covered with a polymer powder (Min. 60 micron ).
• Colors: Green RAL , or Black RAL .
• Post cap: metal caps or plastic cap.
• Metal clips and clamps are hot dip galvanised then powder coating in green or black color.

• 358M-05: When install 358 fence on post need overlapped 75 mm minimum at each post

• 358M-06: Black 358 mesh fencing used for protection of residential.

358 high security fences are packaged in plastic film then stored and transported on wooden pallets. Each package is firmly attached to the pallet by a special type tape.

Application: as an anti-climb & anti-cut through barrier, 358 welded wire extra high security fence is designed with maximum security in mind. It is ideally suitable for electronic alarm and detection systems, fencing in prisons, military sites, and airports, industrial and commercial properties, warehouses, power plants, offshore petrochemical facilities, seaport Perimeter, laboratories, secure hospitals, schools, parks, leisure and recreational areas. 358 fence will give them a long lasting and secure perimeter protection with attractive appearance. Generally, 3.60 m height fence is used in schools, parks, leisure and recreational areas, 5.20 m height fence widely used in prison and military establishments.

2D Security Fencing with 4 mm double horizontal wire and 6 mm vertical wire for greater strength.

This panels increase strength by 6 mm vertical wire and additional 4 mm wires at 152.4 mm centres on the inside face. So it has double horizontal wires at 152.4 mm centres. This structure makes the fence panel very rigid and has a higher level of strength and security than common 358 mesh fence. 2D Security Fencing is widely used for schools, industrial sites, infrastructure, and high security areas.
